RES is looking for a Land Representative I to join our team. As a Land Representative I at RES, you will support land acquisition and property research efforts for ecological restoration, water quality, and conservation projects. Working closely with senior land representatives and internal teams, you'll help identify, evaluate, and secure land assets while learning the business, legal, and environmental factors that shape long-term land strategy at RES. You\'ll begin your day researching property records using online databases, analyzing parcel maps in Google Earth, or reviewing site features in preparation for a field visit. You may support senior team members in assessing land for acquisition by collecting property details such as zoning, access, and site constraints. Throughout the week, you\'ll help prepare and organize contracts, track landowner communications, evaluate basic title documents, and enter property details into internal systems. You\'ll also build your knowledge of the RES land model—understanding how land supports mitigation and restoration strategies, and how we plan for long-term resale and stewardship. Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., environmental studies, real estate, business, or related field) 1+ year of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or sales (preferred) Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Strong internet research skills and ability to learn online property records systems Willingness to learn Google Earth, GIS tools, and RES internal platforms Basic knowledge of land valuation principles and real estate terminology What Will Make You Stand Out
