Our award-winning client is seeking a Commercial & Wealth Advisor to join their team. We are seeking a seasoned Commercial & Wealth Advisor to represent our full suite of financial products and services, including lending, investment management, estate planning, trusts, and banking solutions. This is a client-facing role focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing clients and new prospects. Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial and high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions. Develop new client relationships through centers of influence, including law firms, CPA firms, and community associations. Actively participate in community organizations and events to enhance the bank’s visibility and reputation. Leverage strong internal support, including leads and accounts provided by the bank, while proactively pursuing and converting opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking, lending, investment, and trust services. Maintain a deep understanding of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and centers of influence. Active involvement in community organizations and a strong professional network. Strong business development skills with a proactive approach to pursuing leads. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
