Emergency Response Mitigation Manager

Help others in your community recover after they have suffered from unexpected property damage caused by water, mold, smoke, fire, vandalism, storms, or other maladies! Paul Davis Restoration, the country's leading disaster restoration company, is seeking an energetic, motivated leader to join our team. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, be able to pass drug and criminal background checks, and be available to be "on call" after hours. Two years’ experience in water and smoke restoration is preferred but not required.
Basic Functions: Oversees emergency & mitigation operations to ensure maximum operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and employee safety.
Reports To: Restoration Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Represent Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity professionally.
Align with the Paul Davis Core Values.
Supervise Emergency Water Services, including extraction, drying plans, and documentation.
Oversee Emergency Fire/Smoke Services, including deodorization, board-ups, roof tarping, and securing structures.
Manage Mold Remediation activities, including demolition and cleaning.
Maintain equipment and supplies, including MSDS sheets.
Communicate effectively with management and customers, resolving complaints professionally.
Train and supervise emergency services technicians and crew members.
Maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and provide updates.
Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring staffing during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
Monitor performance data and address issues proactively.
Ensure safety practices are followed and address safety concerns.
Complete jobs successfully and prepare estimates as needed.
Audit cost estimates, job responses, and technician certifications for compliance and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
Training and Experience: Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum two years as a department supervisor.
Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license. Certification in IICRC WRT, ASD, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Microbial Remediation preferred.
Physical and Environmental Requirements: Ability to exert force, climb, crouch, and handle various physical tasks. Exposure to weather, noise, fumes, and chemicals in different environments.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
