Primary Work Address: 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY, 10021## **About the Role:**The Brown Laboratory () is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Research Technician** to support our cutting-edge research in immune regulation. The lab investigates mechanisms of immune tolerance across host–microbiota interactions, autoimmunity, cancer, and early-life immune development. Recent work from the lab has defined the cell types and mechanisms that instruct peripheral regulatory T cell development and tolerance to the gut microbiota.Led by physician–scientist **Dr. Chrysothemis Brown**, the lab bridges mechanistic studies in experimental models with translational human immunology, collaborating closely with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) and the Hospital for Special Surgery.
