Grounds Crew

The Groundskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team responsible for landscaping and maintenance around the golf course. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available immediately. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements: Ability to design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf course Experience with operating greens/fairway mowers preferred Ability to create spray programs for greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscaping Ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course operations Ability to give oral and written instructions Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation Dependability Responsibilities: Maintain clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility Mow greens, aprons, fairways, roughs, tees, and other areas Water tees, greens, and fairways; operate irrigation heads in dry areas Repair irrigation systems, pipes, and heads as needed Grade and prepare soil, lay sod, and seed greens, tees, and fairways Trim and prune hedges and shrubbery; clean flower beds Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Full-time Benefits & Compensation: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) plan (for 19+ employees) Holiday Pay Additional Information: This employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
