Mon 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You’ll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites. Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education. Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams. Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service. Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise. Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity. Document and report observations, incidents, and activities according to Allied Universal procedures and client requirements. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, following established protocols. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors. What We’re Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts. Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments. A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company. Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available. Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
