The firm provides a remote work environment with occasional in-person requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience across various legal practice areas, including business, real estate, probate, and litigation. Duties: Conduct consultations with potential clients for 1-2 hours daily. Assist with case files under the supervision of the Managing Attorney and firm owner. Support the legal team by performing legal research, drafting documents, and preparing materials for court proceedings. Participate in client meetings, hearings, and depositions as needed. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and client matters. Requirements: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy.
