Serve as a First Responder on the Support Team, providing technical support and troubleshooting for church/non-profit partners and their end-users Manage support inquiries through various channels, including ticketing systems, live chat, phone, and email Track and organize common issues to identify trends and escalate as necessary Assist customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to potential exit Provide timely internal support and generate reports for management as needed What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Tech Support role College degree in Communications or a related field is preferred Strong understanding of customer service processes and technical troubleshooting Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
