Respond promptly and professionally to inbound support inquiries via phone, email, web, and a ticketing system Log and track client issues and time spent using internal support systems Provide troubleshooting and guidance to clients, resolving issues or escalating as needed Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions, ensuring clients feel confident using the system Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and resolve system limitations What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience working in a County Treasurer’s Office (Iowa preferred) or familiarity with Treasurer workflows 1+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts clearly Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities; detail-oriented and able to assess root causes Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and comfortable with ticketing systems and CRM tools How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
