We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Permanent Technical Services Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This role focuses on paper machines, roll-keeping records, and troubleshooting paper machines. The successful candidate will provide technical support and solutions to our paper manufacturing operations. A minimum of 5 years of related experience is preferred. Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, with a focus on paper machines and roll-keeping records. Troubleshoot paper machines to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality paper products. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the paper manufacturing process. Provide training and guidance to the manufacturing team on the operation and maintenance of paper machines. Collaborate with the research and development team to design and develop new paper products and improve existing ones. Maintain accurate and up-to-date roll-keeping records. Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the paper industry and incorporate relevant ones into our operations. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of paper machine parts and supplies. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the paper industry or manufacturing, with a focus on paper machines. Proven experience with roll-keeping records and troubleshooting paper machines. Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software. Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices in the paper industry. Ability to train and guide team members. Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the paper industry. Benefits
