Technical Services Engineer (Paper Industry / Manufacturing). This is a permanent, customer-facing role within a global manufacturing organization. The candidate will provide technical support and solutions to paper manufacturing operations with emphasis on paper machines, roll-keeping records, and troubleshooting. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year. Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, focusing on paper machines and roll-keeping records. Troubleshoot paper machines to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure production of high-quality paper products. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the paper manufacturing process. Provide training and guidance to the manufacturing team on operation and maintenance of paper machines. Collaborate with the research and development team to design and develop new paper products and improve existing ones. Maintain accurate and up-to-date roll-keeping records. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the paper industry and incorporate relevant ones into operations. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement of paper machine parts and supplies. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the paper industry or manufacturing, focusing on paper machines. Proven experience with roll-keeping records and troubleshooting paper machines. Strong technical acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software. Strong understanding of quality control principles in the paper industry. Ability to train and guide team members and stay updated with industry trends. Benefits
