Overview
Forrest Solutions is seeking a highly skilled PIP Litigation Specialist with extensive experience in New York No-Fault (PIP) matters. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong legal writing, organizational, and research skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic litigation team handling complex PIP arbitration and litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume caseload of PIP arbitration and litigation matters Draft and file legal documents including AR-1 submissions, answers, motions, and discovery responses Prepare insurer submissions, arbitration briefs, and related evidence Review and analyze medical records, CPT codes, and No-Fault Fee Schedules Conduct legal research and draft detailed reports and responses Communicate directly with clients, claim reps, and opposing counsel Handle No-Fault discovery responses, 90-day demands, and coder affidavits Prepare cases for trial and arbitration; assist attorneys as needed
Requirements
Proven experience with NY No-Fault (PIP) litigation and arbitration Proficient with NYSCEF, eCourts, and AAA Modria Strong understanding of No-Fault Fee Schedule, CPT Codes, and Workers’ Comp Fee Schedule Familiarity with SIU litigation/arbitration processes Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills Highly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
