Overview

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand client needs, challenges, and business goals. Present and demonstrate solution offerings, emphasizing ROI and value creation. Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored solution roadmaps. Collaborate with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with client requirements. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales follow-up. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win–win outcomes. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in PV industry. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (not limited to these) Ideally 2-3 years experience in renewable energy industry Fluent in English and German, Mandarin is a plus. Basic knowledge of solar systems and design tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel for work if needed Notes
