SENIOR EXECUTIVE LEGAL RECRUITER - National Legal Recruiter- JAS RECRUITMENT About the Company My client is a dedicated law firm focused on providing personalized estate planning services to their clients, ensuring their financial security and peace of mind. About the Role The role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and developing tailored estate plans that address their goals and financial situations. Responsibilities
Client Consultation:
Meeting with clients to understand their needs, goals, and financial situations to develop personalized estate plans. Document Drafting:
Preparing and reviewing legal documents such as wills, trusts (irrevocable), powers of attorney, and health care directives. Tax Planning:
Advising clients on strategies to minimize estate, gift, and income taxes. Probate and Trust Administration:
Guiding clients and beneficiaries through the probate process and administering trusts. Business Succession Planning:
Assisting business owners in planning for the transfer of their business interests. Asset Protection:
Helping clients protect their assets from creditors and other potential risks. Staying Current:
Keeping up-to-date with changes in estate planning laws and regulations. Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law in NYS Skills
Required:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Preferred:
Experience in estate planning or related fields; Familiarity with tax laws and regulations. Pay range and compensation
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr. Competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Equal Opportunity
