Job Summary
IT Contract Management Specialist, IS Infrastructure, Baptist Medical IT Data Center. This role oversees the review, organization, and administration of all IT‑related contracts. Collaborate closely with our Legal department to ensure compliance with organizational standards while maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle.
Experience with ServiceNow Contract Management and Workday systems is highly preferred. This position provides an opportunity to play a key role in streamlining IT contract processes and enhancing collaboration across departments, including tracking financial commitments tied to contracts and producing reports/dashboards for Leadership.

Responsibilities
Reviews and updates vendor contracts to include Master Support Agreements, Terms and Conditions, Business Associate Agreements, Cloud Authorization letters, Statement of Works, leveraging Baptist Health standard and required language.
Manages the lifecycle flow of contracts from vendor onboarding to operational stewardship (renewals, renegotiations, off‑boarding).
Review and analyze IT contracts for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organizational policies.
Work closely with the Legal department to resolve contract discrepancies and streamline approval processes.
Maintain and manage contract records using ServiceNow Contract Management and Workday systems.
Develop and maintain efficient workflows for contract lifecycle management, including renewals and amendments.
Provide clear and effective communication across departments to ensure smooth contract execution and management.

Education Required Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Experience
3‑5 Years Contract Negotiation Experience Required.
Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating IT contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies preferred.
Experience working with vendors to establish and maintain contractual agreements preferred.
Experience working alongside legal teams to address contractual risks and ensure enforceability preferred.
Knowledge and experience using contract management systems such as ServiceNow and Workday preferred.
Experience with maintaining accurate and organized records for all contracts and related documentation preferred.
Experience with communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders and vendors preferred.
ServiceNow and Workday experience preferred.
License and Certification None.
