for ultra-high-net-worth clients. You’ll be working in a client-facing role alongside an exceptional group of attorneys in a team-oriented, high-performance environment. Responsibilities
Draft and manage
gift tax and estate tax returns Work with
multi-family structures , trusts, and high-value portfolios Collaborate directly with attorneys and clients on trust administration, probate, and estate planning Maintain and reconcile financial records, G/L accounts, 1099s, K-1s Prepare fiduciary income tax returns and coordinate tax filings Manage trust funding and post-death administration Engage with clients and financial advisors directly Qualifications
5+ years of Trust & Estates paralegal experience Experience with
gift tax filings and estate tax processes Proficiency in estate/tax software (GEMS, BNA, ProSystems, EVP) Strong client-facing skills and professional communication Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred Detail-oriented, highly accountable, and self-driven Why This Role?
