The practice group is team-work based and client focused with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth. Responsibilities
Assist with litigation in construction defect matters, under supervision, developing skills toward independent case management. Research, analyze, draft, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel. Collaborate with the litigation group and mentors; contribute to strategy and case development. Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Active bar membership in Florida or eligible for admission. Two (2) or more years of legal experience with an interest in construction defect litigation defending architects, engineers, and contractors.
