We are looking for a

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

to join our Robotics team located in our Athens office. This is a Group role working closely with several departments, such as Payments, Sales, Finance, Operations / Customer Support Second Line and IT Support, inside our organization. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline business processes and increase operational efficiency. Your experience in RPA tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, Python, UiPath, will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge automation projects and make a significant impact on our business operations. Responsibilities

Understand existing business processes and effectively translate them into functional and technical requirements Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document automation requirements and process workflows Develop and deploy automated processes, using standard design principles and best practices that are maintainable, reusable, scalable, and easy to understand Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance Optimizing and monitoring automated processes in order to operate efficiently and consume as few resources as possible Create and update documentation for all the phases of an RPA process Maintain and support existing processes and solve issues in a timely manner Implement change requests to existing processes when required Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing and managing RPA tools and solutions Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Management Science & Technology or a similar Analytical field More than 2 years of experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies using Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere or a similar RPA Tool Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (preferably SQL, JavaScript, C# .NET, Python) or basic programming concepts will be considered a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive and creative problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve complex automation challenges Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Jira is highly desirable Benefits
