RPA Developer
to be at the forefront of our transformative journey. We need a dynamic professional to help us build and shape the future of automation for our government customer. As the
RPA Developer , you’ll design and automate BOTs that support various manual business processes. You will also create automation scripts while leveraging the RPA UiPath capability. Responsibilities
Conduct requirements elicitation to gain a detailed understanding of the “as-is” processes selected for automation. Manage the full bot development lifecycle, including estimation, process engineering, requirements definition, building, testing, and deployment. Execute the System Design Document by utilizing the software for BOT automation (e.g., UiPath). Document known exceptions that may occur during the automation, along with the recommended steps for recovery. Define and model the actual processes or projects to be automated and map dependencies, such as interacting systems or regulatory considerations; update documentation as required. Consult existing process documentation, policies, or orders that apply to automating the process. Develop Test Plan and Procedures and obtain Government approval before conducting testing. Develop Test Reports and recommendations and update documentation as required to successfully execute BOT as intended. Clearance:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience UiPath RPA Developer certification Experience in RPA processes and implementation Skills & Expertise
Hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath 2+ years experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, .NET Basic programming knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language) Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects Experience developing and consuming APIs Experience with Agile development methodologies Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning Understanding of workflow-based logic Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of taking initiative Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Position Pay Range
