Manage and service a mid-market book of commercial property and casualty clients, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Prepare renewals, market submissions, proposals, and endorsements in collaboration with producers and carriers. Analyze client exposures and recommend tailored coverage solutions. Review policies, contracts, and certificates for accuracy and compliance. Handle daily servicing needs such as coverage inquiries, policy changes, billing issues, and claims support. Maintain accurate documentation within the Applied Epic Agency Management System. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal team members. Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience in a brokerage or agency environment. Strong working knowledge of Property and Casualty lines (e.g., General Liability, Auto, Workers' Compensation, Umbrella, Property). Experience managing mid-market accounts, typically ranging from $25K–$250K in revenue. Proficiency in Applied Epic Agency Management System preferred. Active Property and Casualty license in the state of New Mexico (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills. Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and priorities. Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with multi-state accounts and diverse industry verticals. Strong analytical and renewal negotiation skills. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, client-first attitude. Familiarity with advanced risk management practices. Previous experience supporting continued professional development and licensing initiatives. Employment type
