$70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Manage and service a mid-market book of commercial property and casualty clients, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with producers and carriers to prepare renewals, market submissions, proposals, and endorsements. Analyze client exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to their needs. Review policies, contracts, and certificates for accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Handle daily servicing needs, including coverage inquiries, policy changes, billing issues, and claims support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within the Epic Agency Management System. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Must-Have Skills

3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management within a brokerage or agency environment. Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty lines, including General Liability, Auto, Workers' Compensation, Umbrella, and Property. Proficiency in the Epic Agency Management System (Applied Systems). Active Property & Casualty license in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain). Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently. Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience working with multi-state accounts and clients across diverse industry verticals. Strong analytical skills and experience with renewal negotiations. A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, client-first attitude. Familiarity with mid-market accounts, typically ranging from $25K–$250K in revenue.
