RFRM Collective
is seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Designer with 5–10 years of professional practice in architecture or interior design. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility, deep knowledge of materials and furnishings, and the ability to work independently across all phases of design—from early concept development through installation. Responsibilities
Develop interior concepts, palettes, and material boards Prepare drawings, elevations, and specifications for finishes, fixtures, and furnishing Produce detailed FF&E schedules and assist with pricing, ordering, and tracking Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and reps for samples, quotes, and lead times Maintain and organize the office materials library and samples Assist with procurement, punch lists, and installation on active projects Collaborate with project architects and consultants throughout all phases Qualifications
5–10 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Experience in high-end residential interior design is a must Strong design and documentation skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape Familiarity with FF&E sourcing, detailing, and procurement processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Based in Los Angeles and available to work in person Location & Employment Type
