Associate Director - Product Manager - Enterprise Data
Join BioSpace to lead advanced data and analytics capabilities, accelerate digital and AI transformation, and support Lilly’s evolution into a pharma‑tech leader. Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic vision for data and analytics products, aligning with company goals. Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. Own Enterprise Data Quarterly PI Planning, guiding engineering to scope, plan, and deliver work using Agile methodologies. Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicating product vision and progress across the organization. Stay informed on industry trends and conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and inform positioning. Promote a culture of innovation, experiment with emerging technologies, and adopt best practices. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, data privacy, and security standards. Qualifications
Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure Cloud Foundations certification(s). Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification(s). Experience with design thinking principles and customer experience design. Leadership skills: inspire high‑performing teams, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making. Excellent communication skills: engage and influence stakeholders at all levels; strong storytelling and presentation abilities. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable. Analytical skills: interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions; proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Innovation and adaptability: thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with passion for continuous learning. Compliance awareness: knowledge of regulatory, privacy, and security standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry. Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years in product management with experience on data and analytics products; leading complex products in a technology‑driven organization. Technical proficiency: data warehousing, data lakes, analytics tools, data engineering, AI/ML, and data governance (catalog/marketplace); familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Project management skills: manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Jira Align) is preferred. Location
