Responsibilities

Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle

Guide teams in the Agile methodology and support team rules

Facilitate product team's progress toward team goals

Lead, facilitate meetings, remove blockers, and promote Agile quality practices

Build high-performing teams and coordinate with other teams

Provide teams with feedback and means of improvement

Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation

Facilitate team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations

Advise government personnel on incremental changes for continuous improvement

Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities

Support coordination between development teams and infrastructure teams

Track and report team metrics and velocity

Identify and help resolve impediments to team progress

Required Qualifications

Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Experience with Agile methodologies

Advanced Scrum certifications (CSP, SAFe SPC, etc.)

Experience with SAFe Agile framework

Experience mitigating SAFe adoption resistance

Demonstrated success in building high-performing Agile teams

Experience with Inspect and Adapt practices to drive continuous improvement

Understanding of software development processes

Expert-level proficiency with:

SAFe Agile framework and practices

Advanced Scrum Master techniques

Agile maturity assessment

Team performance optimization

Scaled Agile implementation

Program Increment planning facilitation

Organizational change management

Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation

Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree with 5 years of experience OR Associate degree with 8 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 11 years of experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile environments

Desired Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools; GitLab or similar version control systems; CI/CD pipelines

Software development lifecycle; Agile metrics and reporting; Kanban methodologies; Lean principles

Location and Scheduling Location: Chantilly, VA (and surrounding areas as posted). Remote/hybrid status is subject to change based on Noblis and/or government requirements.
