Upcoming or recent university undergraduates and early‑career professionals with passion in engineering, operations, or supply chain. Minimum graduation GPA of 3.0. Previous co‑op or internships that involved leading projects and cross-functional collaboration. Willingness to relocate and participate in a 2‑year rotation across multiple locations (mostly in the United States; international assignments possible). Ability to commit to a 2‑year rotational program. Legal authorization to work in the United States — sponsorship will not be provided. Our Commitment to Our People
