ServiceNow Administrator
in Annapolis Junction, on a very exciting program! In this role, you will:
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
Support IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
Support escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Support the dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved in resolution.
Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, and configuring network components to improve reliability and performance.
Qualifications
Must currently hold an Active TS/SCI and Poly clearance.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in similar scope programs.
4 years of experience with Service Management (ITSM).
2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
1 year of experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications.
ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
Desired Qualifications
ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The displayed estimate represents the typical salary range based on experience and other factors.
