Provide world class service with general facility support including continuous monitoring of facility appearance and operations Maintain kitchens: keep areas clean, organized and stocked; load/unload dishwashers; ensure area is free of trash; maintain kitchen equipment Keep copy areas operational, stocked and free from clutter Process all incoming/outgoing mail, packages and deliveries Conduct general daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and sanitation of all assigned areas Inventory tracking and ordering of kitchen stocked items and basic office supplies Ensure conference rooms are clean, tidy and stocked when not in use Maintain vendor relationships and contact when services are needed Provide backup coverage for reception when needed and assist with a variety of duties and tasks as directed Assist with office moves and restocks; moving stocked items, equipment and furniture Check rooms and furniture for repairs or renovations needs Help plan and execute company-wide events/parties/staff treats Assist with setup/breakdown of meetings and events Participate in emergency preparedness planning and health and safety compliance Assist with a variety of duties as directed by supervisor Qualifications

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, manage through stressful situations, and make high-quality decisions with sound judgment Self-motivated, proactive, able to handle projects independently Commitment to excellence in service and support with ownership, accountability, confidentiality, and integrity Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional and articulate in dealings with others Customer service focused with a can-do attitude Basic knowledge of office services and facilities services (safety HVAC, plumbing, electrical) Ability to exercise discretion with sensitive matters and maintain professional appearance Occasional overtime and weekend availability for special projects Physical Demands: ability to walk, stand and sit for periods; lift/carry up to 35 pounds Benefits
