Install, configure, and troubleshoot networked and standalone PCs
Provide hardware and software technical support to staff and users
Document all issues and resolutions in the ticket tracking system
Monitor help desk ticket resolution times and communicate statuses to customers
Maintain a complete inventory of all IT assets used by staff
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of related experience
2-4 years of experience or training in Information Technology
Technical or other relevant training required
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software problems
Ability to enforce IT policies and maintain quality customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Certifications in relevant technologies or IT practices
Experience in network printing and directory structure configurations
Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
Excellent communication skills for customer service
