Overview

Commercial Lines Account Manager – fully remote opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to support a diverse portfolio of middle-market to large-market clients across various industries. Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of large clients, handling 10-15 renewals per month. Quote, negotiate credits, and prepare proposals for new and renewal business. Convert 10+ new business accounts monthly. Process endorsements and provide exceptional service to clients. Collaborate with carriers such as Liberty, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, Western Reserve, Travelers, The Hartford, Safeco, AmTrust, and Progressive. Utilize agency management software for account management and client interactions. Qualifications / Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. 3-5 years in commercial lines account management or a related role. Proficiency in EPIC or similar agency management software preferred. Smart, enthusiastic, and a team player. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
