Job Summary Seeking a Business Insurance Client Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing a book of business, handling policy changes, IDs, COI's, renewals, presentations, and more. This role reports to the Department Leader and requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. Compensation Package Salary: Up to $75,000 401K: 7% match after 30 days PTO: 15 days Work Schedule: 3 onsite and 2 remote days after the first 90 days Travel: Day trips with the producer (company car provided) Responsibilities Manage a book of business with revenue between $500K-700K Handle policy changes, IDs, COI's, renewals, and presentations Quote new/renewal business as needed Utilize software such as Sagitta and Imageright for daily tasks Qualifications/Requirements 3+ years of experience in a similar role Strong tenure, detail-oriented, and customer communication skills Ability to work effectively in a professional environment If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for client management and insurance services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
