Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and grow a portfolio of small business clients, provide excellent customer service, and ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services. Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for small business clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Prepare insurance quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation accurately and timely. Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance client experience. Monitor policy renewals and proactively engage with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market developments. Drive growth and retention through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Maintain and update client information in the agency management system. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry. Small Business account experience is preferred. Understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage options. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and related software. Active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
