Primary Responsibilities
Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and Regions solutions. Conducts outbound phone calls using generated customer and prospect lead lists to expand relationships and acquire new customers. Educates and advises customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including all loan and deposit types. Educates customers on emerging technology and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to make banking easier. Provides a consistent optimal customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions as needed to meet customer preferences. Owns and resolves customer issues; refers complex needs to internal experts when appropriate. Follows bank processes and regulations, reporting operational risks as a member of the branch team. This position requires tracking hours over 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is incentive eligible and may require NMLS registration (see posting for details).
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Ability to work Saturdays as needed Ability to handle and process cash transactions Strong verbal and written communication skills in person, on the phone, and electronically Proficiency with computers, typing, and maintaining attention to a monitor Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Preferences
Bachelor’s degree Life Insurance License One year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience
