Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced
Personal Injury Defense Paralegal
to support a high-volume litigation practice at a well-established defense firm based in
Wilmington, Delaware . This is a full-time role and an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience handling insurance defense or personal injury matters from inception through trial. Key responsibilities and qualifications: Draft routine legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence Manage multiple litigation files from initial assignment through trial preparation Collect, review, and organize records and documents from clients, medical providers, and third parties Analyze discovery responses and assist with preparation of discovery production Conduct factual research and run document searches using internal systems and legal research tools Prepare medical record summaries, deposition digests, and case chronologies Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, subpoenas, and witness materials Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, co-counsel, and experts Track court deadlines and ensure compliance with scheduling orders and procedural rules Maintain well-organized digital and physical case files in accordance with firm procedures Must have
a minimum of 2 years of experience
working as a
personal injury paralegal Proficiency in
Microsoft Word
