Overview
Job Summary: Junior SAP Functional Analyst Responsibilities
Provide first-level SAP support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues (mainly FI/CO and some MM modules). Conduct daily system monitoring (IDOC, autosys, batch jobs) and address data and transaction errors. Assist in month-end close activities, including opening/closing accounting periods and managing allocations. Create and maintain reports using SAP and Business Warehouse tools. Lead small projects and provide end-user training, both individually and in group sessions. Perform ABAP program analysis for troubleshooting (no development). Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate shared services teams and communicate status to users. Ensure compliance with ICS activities as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS with SAP concentration required. SAP certification is a plus; 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong eagerness to learn IT operations and support repetitive tasks.
