Available Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate/Corporate Associate or Counsel with 5-10 years of experience to join our Client's dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate and corporate matters. Skills: Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
