Real Estate Attorney - Partner / Counsel

Our client, a full-service law firm in NYC, seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join the firm at the counsel or partner level. The firm offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate matters for high quality clients in a supportive and collegial environment. The real estate group represents a range of real estate clients in sales, acquisitions and financing transactions. Ideal candidates will have at least 8-10 years of experience in a commercial real estate practice drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, and joint venture agreements. Salary range is 250-300k, plus annual incentive bonuses. The firm also awards origination bonuses, but a portable book of business is not required for this role. This position is on-site Monday-Thursday, with Fridays remote. The firm may consider an adjustment to that schedule if necessary for the right candidate.
