Evaluate new personal injury claims, including reviewing medical records, police reports, and liability evidence. Provide clear legal guidance to clients regarding their rights and options. Develop case strategies and conduct relevant legal research. Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to achieve fair settlements. Collaborate with experts such as medical professionals and accident reconstruction specialists to strengthen case presentations. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation. Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed throughout the process. Pursue maximum recovery for each client through strong advocacy and skilled negotiation. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the
Nevada State Bar . 1–3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
preferred . In-depth understanding of Nevada personal injury law and insurance practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven negotiation and client advocacy abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively. Experience with trial preparation or arbitration is a plus.
