In this onsite leadership role, you will be part of a customer‑driven environment where integrity, teamwork, and growth are at the core. You will have the opportunity to drive performance, shape the customer experience, and help our teams achieve new levels of success.
What You’ll Do
Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team across one of our Salt Lake County dealerships.
Implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Recruit, hire, and train top‑performing sales professionals.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturer partners.
Analyze performance data to improve profitability and team effectiveness.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of dealership sales management experience (multi‑brand or multi‑store experience a plus).
Strong understanding of dealership operations and finance processes.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
