Requirements Expect weekend and holiday work. Valid Driver’s License Required. Daily operations are broken into morning and evening shifts. No previous experience required.

About the Role Ski Technicians are the face of Ski Butlers. They interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on‑mountain support service, and picking up gear at the end of the rental period. Technicians are empowered to make confident decisions, demonstrate accountability, and develop professional skills. Join our team to pursue your passion in the mountains and have fun!

Primary Responsibilities

Delivery: Complete scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings using one of the three delivery methods:

Traditional – in‑accommodation boot fitting and ski teching

Express – No‑contact drop‑off delivery

Slopeside (select markets) – Skis direct to resort snow beach

Maintain focus on the three Key Customer Requirements (KCR):

KCR #1 – On Time: Arrive within 5 minutes of the agreed time

KCR #2 – Communication: Set clear expectations for the entire service scope

KCR #3 – Equipment: Choose the right equipment for each guest based on skill and current resort conditions

Support: Provide equipment support to guests within 45 minutes

Pickup: Ensure all scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re‑stickered, and tuned for the next use

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels

Pack orders for future delivery

Set up next shift and future team members for success

Secondary Responsibilities

Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance

Make and answer customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice

Restock delivery vehicles with extra equipment
