About the Role Lead our Housekeeping Team and Ensure Quality in the Spaces where Students to Succeed. East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to join the busy Estates Department at Sheppey College.

You will have a positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of housekeepers while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also perform the array of cleaning tasks, including the use of machinery common in the industry.

Key Details

Hours per week: 15

Shift pattern: 05:30 to 08:30, Monday to Friday

Salary per year: £11,598

About You You will preferably have previous experience of team leadership and cleaning in a commercial environment and the ability to learn quickly while maintaining high standards of work.

You will also have a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths or be willing to work towards these – the College will support you with such qualifications.

A health and safety certificate would be a benefit but not essential as training is provided.
