Responsibilities
Design and develop custom residential landscapes from concept to completion Utilize Aspire and industry-standard design software to create detailed plans and presentations Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional, personalized outdoor spaces Integrate plant materials, soil knowledge, and best installation practices into every design Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure flawless execution
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential landscape design, especially high-end projects Strong knowledge of plant materials, soil types, and installation techniques Proficiency in Aspire and other design tools (CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.) A passion for client-focused design and a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Be part of a creative, supportive team that values innovation and craftsmanship Work on inspiring projects that push the boundaries of outdoor living Opportunities for growth, learning, and leadership Competitive salary, Commission Bonus Plan, benefits, and a culture that celebrates your passion
