Administrative Assistant – Executive and Team Support

Typical Day in the Role
Key Focus:
Supporting executives and ensuring smooth team operations
Daily Task Breakdown:
40%
– Administrative and team coordination
30%
– Calendar management for executives
30%
– Inventory tracking and hardware support
Additional Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage logistics
Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports
Order and track office supplies and equipment
Support onboarding/offboarding and document management
Enforce team policies and help improve administrative workflows

Microsoft Office Suite
(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) – 2–4 years
Strong
typing
and
data entry
abilities – 2–4 years
Additional Strengths:
Excellent communication and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, if needed
