Group Assistant (Contract) – Microsoft Summary This contract role provides essential administrative support within a dynamic team environment for a large organization (approximately 3,000 individuals). The position focuses on group support, vendor requests, onboarding processes, and equipment management to help the team operate smoothly. This is a shared resource role that offers opportunities to gain experience in the administrative field in a collaborative setting. Job Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support primarily for a group. Coordinate meetings and events, including department financial operations and personnel operations. Manage facility purchasing and operations. Complete special projects as assigned by management. Coordinate travel arrangements as needed. Enforce policies and procedures of the defined team(s). Requirements

2-4 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. 2-4 years of experience with group administration and team support for large teams. 2-4 years of experience with space management. 2-4 years of experience within an administrative role. Effective communication and project management skills. Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities. Willingness to assist team members and relate well with diverse individuals. Proficient in email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software; experience with current versions of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs may be required. Additional Details
