to join our team at
WorQ Miami , a premium coworking space located at
1100 Brickell Bay Drive — Panorama Tower . You’ll be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
Greet and assist members, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth. Manage calls, emails, and daily inquiries efficiently. Maintain the reception area and common spaces tidy and presentable. Support meeting room bookings and coordinate daily logistics. Collaborate with the community and operations team to ensure client satisfaction. Assist with administrative and communication tasks when needed. Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills. Positive, detail-oriented, and service-driven personality. Professional appearance and attitude. Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic office tools. Must be eligible to work in the United States and live within commuting distance to Brickell. Compensation
Salary Range:
$18 — $22 per hour , depending on experience. This aligns with current market rates for high-end coworking or hospitality roles in the Brickell area
