As an Installer on our Houston team, you will deliver five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. You will report to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals. Why Work at West Shore Home? We offer: Full-time, year-round W2 employment with a generous benefits package Unlimited overtime opportunities paying up to DOUBLE your normal wage Access to world-class training programs through our NCCER Accredited Training Units Company-provided tools and equipment A vehicle, gas, and drive time covered by West Shore Home To succeed, you should have: Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to accurately read a tape measure Valid Driver’s License A valid smartphone or smart device for company systems A Day in the Life: Meet at our warehouse, gather materials, and load company trucks Drive to customers’ homes, greet, and establish rapport Complete controlled demolition and installation of new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround Show extreme attention to detail and care for customers’ homes Obtain necessary signed documents and payment from customers More to Know: Schedule: Non-exempt role with standard hours Monday – Friday beginning at 6:30AM Location: Houston, TX Seniority Level: Entry-Level, Associate We operate at our best when every employee works to achieve their individual potential.
