An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. Responsibilities
Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice of a Subleasing Doctor. Work as an Associate Doctor of Optometry; terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor. Deliver full scope of optometric care predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor. Affiliation and Practice Model
As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office and provides optometric care to patients. The terms of employment are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing Doctor. Benefits / Affiliation Advantages
