Set up, assemble, and test complete flight harnesses and sub-assemblies under operational conditions. Work from schematics, diagrams, descriptions, layouts, or plans to perform routine testing, troubleshooting, prototype building, environmental testing, and simple developmental tasks. Analyze data and recommend modifications to components or test procedures to meet specifications. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electronic Technician Experience working with engineering drawings and work instructions Knowledge of DC harness wiring, including various connectors (D-Sub, Micro-D, Circular) Flexibility to support weekend work when necessary Preferred Qualifications
Ability to interpret wire lists, perform continuity checks, wire splicing, prepping, and routing tasks Experience with basic tools (torque wrenches, wire crimpers, etc.) Experience in aerospace Ability to follow procedures and directions effectively
