Overview

In-Clinic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position with Commonwealth ABA. This is a full-time, in-person clinic role with small caseloads, a Monday–Friday schedule, and mentorship opportunities. As a BCBA, you will develop and implement behavior intervention plans, lead and support a team of behavior technicians, and work in a collaborative environment where your BCBA expertise is valued by clinical leadership. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and goals of individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on evidence-based ABA practices. Provide direct behavior analysis services, including conducting assessments, data collection, and analysis. Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members in implementing BIPs. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency of services. Monitor progress, adjust intervention strategies as necessary, and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior plans. Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans. Stay current with research and developments in applied behavior analysis. Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. Master’s degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field. Must reside in the state of Georgia. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies. Familiarity with assessment tools, behavior analytic methodologies, and intervention techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt and think critically in dynamic situations. Current CPR and First Aid certifications. Skills

Proficient in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs. Experience implementing ABA interventions and data-driven decision making. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide treatment planning. Experience training and supervising behavior technicians and team members. Proficient in using technology and software for data collection and analysis. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families. Contractual Agreements

This is a full-time, in-person clinic position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
