Kennesaw State University is accepting applications for full-time, tenure-track faculty positions as Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Security in the Department of Information Systems and Security, with a preferred start date of August 2026. These are nine-month contracted positions, located in the state of Georgia. Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in areas including FinTech innovation, digital payments, blockchain technologies, AI applications in finance, financial cybersecurity, and related topics. Conduct research and scholarship in information systems. Provide professional service to the Department, College, and University. Teaching load is 3/3, negotiable and adjustable to 3/2 or 2/2 based on research productivity. Summer support for new faculty may be available for up to 3 years. Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines. Required Qualifications

A doctorate, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Management Science, or a related discipline, is required. Note: The required degree must be earned by the start date. Preferred Qualifications

Doctorate from an AACSB-accredited college/school. Prior teaching experience (in-person, online, or hybrid). Documentation of FinTech teaching. Record of research accomplishments. Required Documents to Attach
