WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Organize your time around competing demands to meet agreed upon sales targets. Become an expert on our products and services while leading business development efforts, such as: following up with incoming leads, scheduling meetings with prospective customers and cold calling. Close deals and advocate for your customers by providing them with resources and tools that meet their needs. Spend time out in the field proactively developing relationships and keeping customers up to date on their order status, managing deliveries and any account-related issues with timely resolution. Generate leads within the local community by walking into businesses and setting appointments. Design and present solutions-driven materials that align with our desired growth and sales metrics. YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU Meet the Minimum Qualifications – Previous experience in Industrial Packaging Sales 2-5 years. Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Packaging Sales. A goal driven and detail-oriented personality. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift 50 + pounds of products on a regular basis.
